The American dream

After spending countless weekends engaging in spontaneous road trips. Joey found himself participating in urban explorations throughout Florida searching for obscure subjects for his photography. Fascinated by early century architecture he came across condemned industrial structures that once served as the communities epicenter but now stand in ruin as a consequence of the outsourcing industry which is common practice for most American companies. I want to take this moment to dedicate this creation on Memorial Day weekend To those that sacrificed their lives for us to live freely as Americans. Another interpretation of the shattering of the glass signifies that freedom comes at a price and we must never forget about those that might have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
